We can make high quality 56K streaming audio from MP3 or WAV files. We will create a web page and Flash animations that stream the audio. It uses LAME compression and resource bits to produce very high quality output. The program is written in C++ and runs on the following platforms: Win95, Win98, Win2000, WinME and WinXP. The end user viewing can be on all, PC, Mac, and in all browsers.

From surveys done October 2003, we can report that this method of providing audio, is streaming many genres of music, broadcasting clips, many types of lectures and recordings from seminars, poetry, sermons, political messages, marketing pitches, sound clips in PowerPoint eBooks. There is even a recording of a motorbike engine!
